Despite the Government’s easing of Lockdown, we will continue to implement the following guidelines which are designed to protect purchasers, vendors and our own staff alike.

Consequently, we would ask anyone wishing to view a property to adhere to the following:-

· Study all information online, including room dimensions, floor plans and photographs etc

· Request a video tour which is/can be made available for most properties on request

· Conduct an external ‘drive-by’ whenever possible

· Contact our office to discuss any specific aspects of the property which are particularly relevant

Please bear in mind some properties may only be accessible to prospective purchasers who are in a position to proceed
A viewing, subject to social distancing regulations and Government guidelines about visiting a residential property, can then be arranged subject to the following:-

1. The minimum 2 metre distancing rule will be observed throughout the appointment

2. No more than 2 prospective purchasers will view the property

3. Prospective purchasers will be asked to bring a face-covering to be worn inside the property

4. Prospective purchasers will sanitise their hands immediately upon entering whenever possible

5. Internal doors will be opened and surfaces will have been wiped-down before the viewing

6. No touching of internal surfaces should be necessary

7. Time inside the property should be limited, within reason, especially if inhabited

8. Vendors will ordinarily vacate the property during the appointment

9. Time outside the property with the agent will not be restricted (subject to other appointments)

10. A re-visit to the property will, of course, be possible subject, again, to this protocol
